1. Are all products safe and free of harmful substances?

Our mission is to share safe fun so you can discover what satisfies you most without worry. All our products are therefore 100% body safe and tested. This means, among other things, that all silicones are without phthalates, that we ensure that products are vegan and/or not tested on animals and that natural ingredients are used as much as possible. Just 100% honest fun!

2. How do I clean my ordered product?

With sex toys it is important to ensure that cleaning agents do not affect the material. So you prefer to work with soft, natural ingredients. You do want your toy to be completely clean, so that you can enjoy it without any worries. That's why we have a gentle but powerful cleaner that kills 99.9% of all bacteria. This is clinically tested - and vegan too!

3. Do the products come with batteries?

Our products generally do not come with batteries. For most products you need AA batteries. These will also be available in our shop soon, so stay tuned.

4. What is the difference between a dildo and a vibrator?

A dildo is meant for penetration and generally does not vibrate. A vibrator does and is not only intended for vibration, but can also be used for external stimulation, for example.

Shipping & returns

1. What are the shipping costs?

We ship within the Netherlands for €6.95 and to Germany, Belgium and France for €8.95. Above an order amount of 100 €, shipping is free for you.

2. How long does it take before I receive my order?

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours on working days.

3. Can I return my products?

This is possible, provided the packaging is unopened. If, despite our quality checks, you find damage to a product or you have another complaint, please send an email to gwendolyn@gwonderland.com and we will help you further.
